Waste Management Reports
A Waste Management Plan may be required by council, regardless of whether you are proposing to build a single house or large multi dwelling development.
The purpose of the report is to inform council of what types and how much waste will be generated by the proposed developement, both during the demolition (if required) and construction stages. It will also address what will happen to the construction waste, whether it will disposed of and/or recycled.
Furthmore, the report may need to detail the ongoing waste managment practises that will be utilised within the development once construction is complete.
